Classes

FLSD provides a one of a kind service for individuals seeking a foundation for self-defense. Certified Law Enforcement defensive tactic instructors will provide FLSD students with professional self-defense training, consisting of lecture and low impact physical techniques, in a welcoming and constructive environment.

 

The following topics will be covered during a two (2) hour class:

  • Victimology
  • Awareness Tactics
  • Personal Body Weapons
  • Defense Against Punch/Kick
  • Escape Techniques

The cost is $40.00 per student for a two (2) hour training class. Each class will consist of a student to instructor ratio of 7:1.

 

FLSD also offers a week long class for a fee of $90.00 per student. The week class will consist of three (3) classes, and a total of six (6) hours in training. Each class will consist of a student to instructor ratio of 7:1.

 

FLSD also offers private and group classes upon request based on availability.  The cost of a private or group class is determined by the number of participants, and the number of training hours requested.
